DEAR ESTEEMED REPRESENTATIVES SUPPORTING THE PERMANENT PEOPLE’S TRIBUNAL, FEB. 5-6, 2025 At VRIJE UNIVERSITY BRUSSELS,
Thank you for your invitation to participate in your PERMANENT PEOPLES TRIBUNAL, in support of ROJAVA, of KURDISH, and other ethnic minorities under threat of genocidal extermination by the government of Turkey for fighting back for the return of their ancestral, indigenous lands, and for the right to self determination, devastated by war crimes and crimes against humanity that violate all norms of civilized decency, and customary international human rights laws and standards, including the law of nations, and UNITED NATIONS treaties and resolutions.
I AND MULTIPLE MEMBERS OF THE CAMPAIGN TO FREE ME WHOLEHEARTEDLY ENDORSE THE TRIBUNAL, I in my capacity as a political prisoner, as a member of THE NATIONAL JERICHO MOVEMENT TO FREE USA prisoner-of-war POLITICAL PRISONERS[*], and in the capacity of the campaign to free me being a non-governmental organization with consultative NGO status before the UNITED NATIONS COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS, per our INTERNATIONAL INDIAN TREATY COUNCIL STATUS (San Francisco, California-based).
I call on the UNITED NATIONS, MEMBER NATION-STATES OF THE UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY, THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE, THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT, to intervene in the matter of ROJAVA and KURDISTAN and stop the butchery of men, women and children.
AS A COLONIZED PEOPLE IN THE UNITED STATES that have and continue to suffer the historic crimes of Yankee colonialism and imperialism, through theft of our indigenous, ancestral lands, the massacres, lynchings, displacement of our native peoples declaring us foreigners in our own indigenous lands, we call on the conscience of the world community to speak out and denounce these war crimes, crimes against humanity, perpetuated against Rojava, against Kurdish and other ethnic groups in the regions in Turkey, IN THE SPIRIT OF NELSON MANDELA.
WE ARE A HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATION in solidarity with the ZAPATISTA ARMY OF NATIONAL LIBERATION, in CHIAPAS, MEXICO, struggling to build worldwide liberation movements against finance capital, and bring social justice, liberation movements against capital and imperialism for our freedom, and to save MOTHER EARTH from fossil fuel carbon emissions that are destroying our drinking water, our oceans, rivers, wildlife, coral reefs, the ozone, by the oil industry in control of billionaire barbarians who care less about people’s human needs. Their only interest is control of world markets, amassing hordes of excessive wealth, and ruling over us with a vengeance. CONDITIONS HAVE INTENSIFIED UNDER THE NEW TRUMP ADMINISTRATION FOLLOWING THE NOVEMBER 2025 ELECTION, AND I CONSIDER THE STATE OF TEXAS TO BE THE CENTER OF THE IMPERIALIST FASCIST SNAKE PIT, which was articulated by Gerald Horne, in his superb book, The Counter Revolution of 1836: Texas Slavery & Jim Crow and the Roots of American Fascism.
I, XINACHTLI, aka ALVARO LUNA HERNANDEZ, am a Texas Chicano political prisoner in the TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE, currently imprisoned in solitary confinement for over twenty-two (22) years at the notorious McConnell Unit in Beeville, Texas. I am targeted by the new COINTELPRO.
