SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO OUR FALLEN COMRADES,
AND A CALL TO HONOR THEIR LEGACY THROUGH
REBUILDING OUR LIBERATION MOVEMENTS,
INSIDE AND OUTSIDE PRISON WALLS
WHEREAS IT IS RESOLVED, by this presence, that the CHICANO MEXICANO MOVIMIENTO DE LIBERACIÓN NACIONAL AND ITS PRISON MOVEMENT vow to continue our anti racist, anticolonial, anticapitalist, anti-imperialist movement for our national liberation, for independence and self determination, for return of our stolen homeland, for revolutionary, ecological socialism in the occupied territories of the U.S. Southwest, as a live, vibrant and popular people’s liberation movement and army, leading our historical legacy of freedom struggles against U.S. Yankee colonialism and imperialism, that stole our indigenous homelands – TEXAS, NEW MEXICO, ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, PARTS OF UTAH, NEVADA AND WYOMING, formerly Mexico’s territories, acquired through two colonial wars of annexation and genocidal extermination, a war that continues today against our people including the use of a racist, genocidal “criminal justice system” that disproportionately imprisons more Black, Chicano and Indigenous nations in a country known as “the prison capital of the world,”. imprisoning 2.3 million people under racist, inhumane prison conditions. The recent SEPTEMBER 23, 2023 UN HUMAN RIGHTS REPORT by a panel of the Office of Special Rapporteur JUAN MENDEZ, Presiding, GENEVA, SWITZERLAND, found rampant racism in the U. S. criminal justice system targeting Black, Chicago and Indigenous nations. [….] BUT NOT A WORD FROM OUR HYPOCRITE OPPRESSORS, AGAIN, MAKING MOCKERY OF HUMAN RIGHTS, AS THE US GOVERNMENT IS KNOWN FOR AS THIS VERY MOMENT IT PROVIDES BOMBS TO ISRAELI ZIONISM, TO MURDER ,WOMEN, CHILDREN IN THE OCCUPIED PALESTINE LANDS, AND ALLOWS A WAR CRIMINAL UNDER ARREST-WARRANT TO ADDRESS US CONGRESS UNDER THUNDEROUS APPLAUSE WHILE CHILDREN STARVE AND ARE BUTCHERED BY U.S. BOMBS.
WHEREAS, the illegal occupation of our homeland violates all norms of civilized decency, international human rights laws, standards and the law of nations, as founded in the criminal system of colonialism, declared a crime against humanity grounded on white settler colonialism, white supremacy and the African slave trade. For the past 200 years, or more, the hired criminal thugs of white supremacy, the notorious TEXAS RANGER POLICE ARMY MILITIA, still existing cross, continues to enforce colonial rule through horrific war crimes, lynchings, massacres, and colonial wars of genocide and erasure of our history, our identities, criminalizing our search for true freedom and justice, such as criminalizing CRITICAL RACE THEORY studies, and our civil and human rights organizations that fight for social, racial justice and for self-determination.
WHEREAS, in this historic moment in the evolution of civilizations, and the yearnings of an oppressed, forgotten, invisible people, the Chicano nation, again, raises its battle cry, a clenched fist, and calls the world’s attention to these war crimes of colonialism that have been buried into oblivion, while Chicano people are entitled to return of their stolen homeland, for reparations and for the inalienable right to determine their own destiny, free of imperialist aggression and threats, including shutting down its racist slavery prison plantations, full of Black, Brown, Indigenous faces, and dismantling its […] socioeconomics that give it birth–colonialism, capitalism, imperialism.
WHEREAS, THIS BLACK AUGUST 2024, we pay special tribute to our fallen comrades like MALCOLM X, JONATHAN JACKSON, GEORGE L. JACKSON, W.L. NOLEN, FRED HAMPTON, MARK CLARK, MEDGAR EVERS, DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. as well as to our Chicano freedom fighters, such as THE BOULDER SIX, NEVA, REYES, UNA, FLORENCIO, FRANCISCO, HERIBERTO, and RICARDO FALCON, RUBEN SALAZAR, RICARDO FLORES MAGÓN, and countless others, who sacrificed their lives for us, as we link arms with out African American brothers and sisters fighting against the same enemy guilty of monstrous crimes against both of our colonized nations, as we call for unity, solidarity in rebuilding our liberation movements, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE PRISON WALLS AND CONTINUE OUR LEGACY OF STRUGGLES UNTIL WE DISMANTLE NEOCOLONIALISM, CAPITALISM, ITS IMPERIALISM AND BOURGEOISE FASCISM AS WE FREE YOUNG MINDS, AND SAVE PLANET EARTH FROM THE CARBON EMISSIONS DESTRUCTION UPON US BY THE CORPORATE, OLIGARCHS, HIERARCHS, PATRIARCHS , RACISM, MATERIALISM, MILITARISM, INDIVIDUALISM OF BANKRUPT, DECAYING CAPITALIST VALUES BASED ON HUMAN MISERY, ALIENATION, POVERTY, CRIME, WORSHIP OF PROPERTY OVER HUMAN RIGHTS, LIVES, AND SELF DESTRUCTION OF PLANET EARTH, OR WE TOO BURN IN THE FLAMES OF THE ALTER OF WHITE SUPREMACY, CORPORATE GREED, AND FASCISM, KNOCKING AT OUR DOOR…….
